ABOUT SUNBIO PEG-SHOP The PEG-SHOP is operated by SunBio, Inc., a South Korean Biotechnology Company. The PEG-SHOP offers diverse line of top-quality PEG derivatives. The PEG derivatives that we offer are of two kinds: generic PEG derivatives and patented PEG derivatives. As we continue our effort in inventing and developing novel PEG derivatives, the list of patented PEG derivatives will grow. We offer both non-GMP and GMP quality lots of PEG derivatives. Our lot size can accommodate up to 10 kg per batch using pilot plant manufacturing system, and up to 1 ton per batch using large-scale manufacturing.   OUR STRENGTH-A ONE-STOP SERVICE Our strength is in our capability to offer our customers a one-stop service. We handle and control the production from raw material to finished GMP products. We make our own mPEG, multi-arm PEG, and PEG raw materials. Our production is well suited to accommodate customers special requests such as special molecular weight of mPEG, multi-arm PEG and PEG. We do our own derivatization of the PEG products to the level of the best quality available. Most importantly, we have the direct in-house quality control over every manufacturing process from raw material to finished products.   QUALITY The quality of our PEG derivatives is superb, unmatched by most competitors. The level of functional activity offered is routinely over 90-95%, and can be further enhanced upon customers request. The quality of our raw material mPEG is also the best in its class, with polydispersity routinely less than 1.05 1.1, and diol content at the level of undetectability.   CUSTOM PEG MANUFACTURING We are capable of manufacturing a wide spectrum of mPEGs of any molecular weight between 1K and 30K. Although we offer limited selection of molecular weights in mPEGs on our catalog, any customized molecular weight can be manufactured upon customers special request. The variety of molecular weights is our unique strength, for example, we are currently offering 4-arm PEGs in molecular weights of 10K, 13K, 15K, 17K, 20K, and 6-arm PEGs in molecular weights of 10K, 15K, 20K.   GMP & ISO We operate a FDA-inspected GMP manufacturing plant in South Korea, where we currently manufacture GMP PEG derivatives for several US corporate customers. We are also ISO 9001:2000 certified.   DOCUMENTATION Documentations are available from us, for example, Certificate of Analysis, MSDS, TSCA, and any batch-related data sheet upon customers request.
