SunBio is a biotech company developing biopharmaceuticals, medical devices and cosmetics based on proprietary technologies comprised of site-directed pegylation of proteins, cell engineering technology, and novel pegylation technologies.
Our biopharmaceuticals under development target the clinical indications of cancer, hepatitis, leukopenia and anemia. Our R&D pipeline features pegylated anticancer agents, PEG-interferon-alpha, PEG-interferon-beta, PEG-EPO, PEG-GCSF and various PEG-proteins and PEG-chemicals. We have launched NEUPEG, a PEG-GCSF, in September 2007 in the markets of India and other countries.
We operate the PEG-SHOP where large selection of polyethylene glycol derivatives are custom or bulk manufactured for customers worldwide. The PEG-SHOP offers hundreds of PEG derivatives, biopolymers and biotech ingredients that are becoming increasingly essential in formulation of drugs and biopharmaceuticals, and also in novel drug delivery systems.
We are ISO 9001 certified, and operate a US FDA-inspected GMP manufacturing facility for manufacturing of PEG derivatives. We are in collaboration with a number of biotech companies and medical institutions worldwide. We are headquartered in Anyang City, South Korea.
